Shanghai Shixin Supply Chain Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shixin Group") was established in July 2020. It was once a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Huaneng Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of 98 central state-owned enterprises under the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Later, the company underwent restructuring and became a private enterprise in 2023.
